This is compatible with all skins.[/b]
BEFORE ALL OF THIS: CHMOD THESE FOLDeRS TO 777 USING YOUR FTP MANAGER. "uplaod" and "style_images" and "skin_cache"

Skin Template

Unzip the files somewhere onto your computer
Go to your Admin Control Panel in your forum.
Click on "Skins & Templates"
Go to "Skin Import/Export"

You will see "Importing..."
Then "Import Skin Templates"
Go to "Upload XML Template Set"
Click on Browse and browse ur computer. Find:
Dir:\Whatever\IPB_SKIN-NAME.zip 1.3 2.x\IPB_fusion\IPB 2.x\ipb_skin(whatever)**.xml
Click "Import Skin XML"
**(whatever) is either Fixed or Expanded. Expanded is like GR forums or fixed is like Clantemplates.com forums. If you dont have that then typicly its a Narrow Site and its Fixed.
Go to "Upload Skin Images"
You will see "Upload XMLarchive Image set"
Click on Browse and browse ur computer. Find
Dir:\Whatever\IPB_SKIN-NAME.zip 1.3 2.x\IPB_fusion\IPB 2.x\ipb_images.xml
Click "Import Skin Images"
After that is uplaoded. Making sure there are no errors.
COMMON ERRORS: XML archive doesnt exist. To correct this problem:Double Check that you CHMOD'd the Folders "uplaod" and "style_images" to 777 In your FTP Manager.

Click on "Skin Manager"
Click on the skin "SkinName (expanded/Fixed) (Import)"
Go to "Edit Settings"
"Use image directory?
The image directory will be used in place of in CSS and macro replacements." ------ Click the drop-down box and select your skin images.
Then click "Edit Skin Settings"
Now we have to Activate skin and set as Default.
Click on "Skins & Templates"
Click on "Skin Manager"
You will see a list of "Skin Sets"
Make sure your Screen looks like this:

If not Click the little Landscape picture on the Skin that you want to be set as Default. Let it reload. It will Auto-Refreash
NOTE:If you wish... You may also click on the eye. This makes it so that if people actually get to select skins, that skin wont be part of that selection.

Emoticons

If you want to upload custom Emoticons. Go to your FTP manager.
Connect
Go to "style_emoticons"
Go to the Zip that you extracted.
Dir:\Whatever\IPB_SKIN-NAME.zip 1.3 2.x\IPB_SKIN-NAME\emoticons
Transfer the folder "whatever its named" into the "style_emoticons" folder in ur FTP
After thats done.
Go back to "Skin Manager"
Click on your skin
Go to "Edit Settings"
Use emoticons set?
Choose which set of emoticons to assign to this skin. ----- Click the drop down box and select the folder that you uploaded
Click Edit Skin Settings. Now your skin is equiped with the Emoticons.
But now we have to activate those emoticons.

Go to "Emoticons" in the panel on the left. Go to Emoticon Manager.
Make Sure the folder "style_emoticons" is chmod'd to 777.
Click on the folder that contains the emoticons that you uploaded.

You will see a list of Pictures and thier Action ex: :happy:
Click on every Check box. Including "Clickable?"
After you have checked everything, click "Add Checked Emoticons"
