i noticed ever since i started doing grundge bgs. I get the perfect light blue or something that i want for a adjustment color balance layer and yet when i goto save for web its purple. Am i mixes the mid tones , highlights, and shawdows too much?

Could be your color settings, other than that me no know
ya imagine its color settings, check it out when you make a new one.
what should i change it to
image > adjustments > RGB
