ctrl + d = deselect
ctrl + t = Scaling
ctrl + r = ruler

ctrl + d = deselect

Ctrl + alt + Z for backwards lots of times
Control + D for Deselect
Control + T for Scaling
Ctrl+J = duplicate layer
Ctrl+shift+n = new layer
Ctrl+u = hue/saturation
ctrl + A = select all
ctrl + e = merge layer
D = reset colors to black/white
X = switch between the two colors.
Ctrl+N = new document
S = Clone stamp tool.
Ctrl + Alt + Shift + S = Save for Web :)
Pen tool = P
Move points = Hold ctrl and click+drag points
Change curves = Hold alt and click+drag points
Lasso = L
Marquee = M
Subtract from selection (Lasso and Marquee) = Hold alt.
Add to selection (for both again) = hold shift
alt - F4 = quit
Ctrl + F redo effect
F1 = help menu
I guess these have been said, but I use these without really thinking about it. Sooooooooo useful:
Ctrl+T=transform
Ctrl+Alt+z= undo
Ctrl+d= deselect
