Its good, colors don't match but i like over feel, render placement is cool, and if you know the text is horrible fix it

as extortion said, the colors need some work. they just don't feel menacin' enough for the basic dramatic look of the sig with a guy with guns.
I like your approach with the text, it's pretty original but obviously needs some more work.
