custom template

made a very simple custom template for someone. photo site.

I think the colors are a bit too saturated (that blue for the border of 'content' and 'latest photo' mainly). hurts the eyes. its a little small and its kinda bland (just too simple). And you might want to rethink that font. Sry, im not a big fan of it, but keep making more :D just be a tinge more creative next time
