Itd be a lot better if the graffiti said the guys name. Try that ;) It seems a little strange how the lights sorta fade out. I can't place it exactly, it just looks a little weird. I'm also questioning the pixel font. Keeping it short this time hehe. I like the style on this one, just improve the execution a bit.
