Anyway, on to the manip. One thing is, I find it a bit unoriginal. I say that because I can't tell you how many times I've found manipulations with people and the cracked texture put on the skin. I've just seen it way too many times. I'd like it if it were different. I'm not a big fan of the eyes because you burned the middle of the eyes and the edges of the eyes are brighter than the inside. It throws the shading way off. Aside from the cracks (which could be better, but are decent), the rest of the stuff you've tried to blend onto the skin arent blended very well. It looks more like the person is standing in front of a projector and the images are being projected onto the person. Work on that and it'll better ;)
