Well I play a game called Runescape and we have forums and stuff about the discussion of the the game. Well someone made something called a "under banner", some of you have. But what I wonder is where I get that brush at the top. If you don't see it makes it look a bit 3d-ish. Although if you STILL cant see it i underlined it in paint. http://img77.imageshack.us/img77/8629/banner1no.png
I already know I lower the opacity. But the question is, where can I find that brush or something similar to that brush?
