The bg is ok but the text needs some work and i think its to bright it kinda hurts my eyes but i understand what you were going for so its pretty good.
Just try to work on fixing those and i think it would look great.

yea a li'l too bright especially with that dark spot next to it. im lovin that text tho!! maybe blend the render a li'l bit on his arm
