Just to let you know, I doubt that its considered "ripping" if he took the Section titles and subtitles. That seems to be all that was taken.
I do hate it though when people say things like blah blah "designs" or "media". Its typically a 15 year old kid setting up a crappy website to offer design services for clients that will never see the website nor want his/her services.
