Its not bad. Make it smaller and it would look alot better though, because IMO you just have to much free space for the content you have. Plus the dragonfly is a bit boring. I figure you wasn't going for close but more of a artistic kind of logo design and it works but I think its a bit simplistic. Maybe add a little more too it, a body or legs or something. I do like the idea though..NJ.
