K. First touch: if the whole character's sharp as my kitchen knife, eyes shouldn't be different. Just my opinion :}

I like how it is, i just dun like the gun firing....
It's a nice lil picture, but I dunno about using it for a logo. A logo should be something original and simple that instantly reminds you of that brand, product or whatever it is 'advertising'. This to me says 'good-tutorials' because this style of penguin is in many tutorials. I think it's a good design, but not best suited for a logo.
