text on it can use work, maybie a bit of a touch of matching the theme of it like making it look motionfull or somthing, just 2 cents, the bg i like how it has the glow fomr bhind the render very neat, as for scanlines i'll say just lower the opac on it just a bit and the render is nice just need better touches on the shoulders, overall nice work

ya i know render shoulders needs work as I told u I never knew this would be cool sig but at end turned out pretty cool ima work on it more and make it betta :P
