Heres anthor attempt i been in the tutorials section trying to understand muticoloring and blending. This time i used grundge brushes at a attempt to blend the render, and used Alias's full sig tutorial since it had muticoloring in it too.

Not a bad try.. Try to make your renders stand out more... And the middle of your bg seems lacking.. Try contrast layers to give the bg some depth.. Sharpening the render should help too.. :P
yea wha u shud do is start brighting ur renders up a bit more and mayb trying different effects. your backgrounds fine just work on ur renders ;)
