Get rid of the mirror effect at the top.
Yeah... Those glass sheen things never work, so take it off. It could do with a little more variation in colour, and the background could be sharpened. The text could also do with some work as it doesn't fit into the sig as it is now. I like the layout of it all, but it's not carried out as well as it could be. Keep working on it and it will be a nice sig!
