It's alright for a first sig, just some tips
I wouldn't of used that colour for a bg, just doesn't fit, and the text really shouldnt be under everything, unless your trying some special effect, which in this case, i dont think you are.

my current is my first and the text i can hardly see,but hey in my opinion its better then mine...good job man
yup, I helped alittle didnt do the text I told him to do black but he didnt save the .psd, dont worry you will get better
