When I first started graphics, all I did was brush clouds  .. Come to think of it, I still do that a lot now. Developed a few nice little tricks for doing clouds. If you wanna talk to me about that, PM me and I'll give ya my msn/aim.
Anyway, I think that its not bad texture-wise (though I know if a couple default brushes that would work much much better). It lacks a lot of depth though. The thing with clouds is that they have a ton of depth. They look huge, bright, and colorful (depending on the sun position/weather) close up and get smaller the farther away they are. They also get darker/grayer (not much though) as the distance between them and the viewer gets larger. When you look at clouds, being that you're looking at them from the bottom, a huge range of clouds are visible. Your clouds look more like a side view, as if you were level with the clouds. Also, when it comes to shading, its typically the bottom of the clouds that is darkest, being that the sun (the lightsource) is above them. They look extremely close up right now, you might want to make them smaller and add more detail to them. They dont look bad right now, I can sort of tell theyre clouds, but if you do what I mentioned, then they'll look much better.

I can't wait to see the final piece. The concept looks good and interesting.

Jack : like i said it broken up into a few parts lol, what i meant by that is that the depthand all is in the other parts, i understand about 6 diffrent ways of making cloubs. IMO stamp clouds are the nicest so im sticking with that for the time being.

Oky doky, I was just making a couple suggestions ;)
If youre sticking with this, I think you should work on the texture a little bit more.
