Those lips kinda screw it up, try and make them red, VERY red.

Hair could get better cut, take your time and do it properly. It'll turn out better in the end then. :)

You have a better idea of what it means to do photo manipulation, yet the only thing I can suggest is to take more time in figuring out a concept youd like to try to create. Here it looks like you did the manipulation just to do it. Think of an idea and then find your stocks (hopefully those are stock photos. use http://www.sxc.hu) and try to make your idea work. Don't base your idea off of the stocks, choose the stocks based on your idea ;)

Jack's got the right idea :) Don't let the photo dictate the manipulation.
