Its a photo, not a render.

I think you should lose the dotted pattern on the right side. Could we see what that is in the background? The color is a little bland, but not too bad for what your trying to get across. Though, I'd assume he'd want to be in more color than that ;) . You should add a couple more references to music in there. When I say that, I don't mean in the text, I mean base more of the design around music.

the background is a picture of hendrix playing the guitar, i slightly blurred it and put it on very low opacity to give it some kind of ghost-like effect...

reason for not bringing in too much color is i wanted to experiment with black and white a little (the main picture was black/white too) and I didnt want to make a "happy" sig if you know what i mean

thanks for the comments tho, ill see if i can do something with it :)
