A little project i'm working on, I got alot of empty space at the top and I have no idea what to do add that won't clutter the whole piece. Clouds aren't an option. You can either go big or go home with clouds, and I think that'd only massacre the piece. Small sets of clouds look goofy, especially when it's raining.
I dunno! help me out, and CnC with what's done so far.
BTW, It's inspirired by the song Rain (By Yoko Kanno) from Cowboy Bebop.

hmm, scope out CGtalk i may or maynot help you.
put some brushwork into it so i doesnt look so cartoony.
not sure what your shooting for ( cartoon, real, oil w/e )
