Background looks good, the typography is extremely overdone and looks pretty bad. Fix it up and it'll be a good sig.
Try a flat color for the text that compliments the background.

BG was made using this brushset.
BG looks ok.. Just a bit too much on the white... And Text looks bad.. Reduce the size..
