tell me how to improve. i need help on txt for this 1 i wasnt shure what to do.

Thats pritty neat, I would recomend putting a layer of text over the blured layer that isnt blured. it will bring the text out more..

other then that its pritty cool.
you could try diffrent colors if you wanted too :)

I like the layout and the brushing, but I don't like the text or the color. Nothing wrong with the color, just not my style. Like EMP said, put a text layer over the blurred one and it will stand out more and be more legible.

Ok.. I am guessing that you are a newb..
The text is way to blured, try using a pixel text. Aslo try adding a 1px boder about it to make it look more clean. Try staying away from yellow, a nice green or blue would look a lot nicer.. over all you are doing good for a begginner.. keep it up

uhh srry guys i didn't rearlise i posted it twice it was going slow so i pressed stop on my browser reconing that would cancle it but it obviously didn't
