It's a touch too simple for me. Looks like a simple motion blur of the render, text also needs some work.

The sig could be improved alot overall.

i like the concept but i think u should try doin more to it to make it look unique instead of another motion blur sig

Agreed with Deluxe. You need to work into it a lot more for it to become a sig that stands out. Keep adding things to it, and build it up slowly. Remember not to go too far though, because that can often ruin a good sig.
