Looks good, except the text doesn't fit at all, try a different font
Text is a bit off true, maybe try more depth in the bg and make it more spicey and pleasing to the eye. Keep working on this one. N-A/10 -- its incomplete imo
i think the yellow color on the right side are a bit off grunge in my opinion. may be you over contrasted it ?
