My mp3 playa

everyone seems to be making stuff from scratch so i thought id give it a try, i made my mp3 playa - its kinda rubbish cause its my first, heres what it looks like originaly:

(i used my own to make it, then found a pic on the net to show you guys - thats why its not the same veiw)

hardest bit was prolly the bit where you take the top off to connect to pc.. thats why it looks bad lol

I guess it's alright, but I think you could've done a few things better. Everything doesn't look like the original. The area around the display is black on the original, and maybe you should've tried to make the silver more crome. I've got that mp3 too :lol: but I lost it :'( lol anyway, I think it's quite well done, since it's your first try. You can see that it's the same mp3player. Good job, keep working ^__^

well, i guess it must be the light - it just looks like see thru chrome on mine, not black - and i was using mine to copy off

oh and i forgot to mention, the buttons looked really bad when i did them so i took them off ;)

there are tutorials for making a chrome looking text, myabe you can use that kind of tut
