Mystikal and its a tie between Niteangel of deviantart and Gary Tonge. id link to his site, but no advertising as we all know.
I don't have only 1 favourite.. Every guy has a different style.
On this site the best in my list are Seki and Gazo.. and overall it's probably he1z and dangeruss

to add to what i said, i think the best artists are not only the ones that know how to master the tools, but also have mastered drawing techniques as well.
post some links to your favorites' DA's..(if they have them) i'd like to see some of them
