I like the first one best. I think Spiderman sticks out too much though, maybe blend him a bit into the background to make him fit better.

I wanted it to look like the city is far back, so i didn't want to brush anywhere on him

the v2 is better more stylish and excellent use of the bg and render together make for a good overall look very good job a welcome change to your manips
