I did this pretty quickly and just wanted to know what i should fix,i know i should have used 2 renders but the girl was hot and it looks like shes pointing at the name,right?

Yeah. Take more time and work hard if you want to get better. read more tutorials, then from the tutorials, you will gain more knowledge of PS. From there you can create and explore the wonders of Photoshop. Trust me, I read most tutorials just to learn more about Photoshop and its great uses.

i was in a rush to get through it usually i try to take at least 30min-45min on a sig but i dunno what i was thinking

is that it lol, spend a few hours and dont just settle for something that looks gd keep changing things, sometimes you can suprise yourself.

the sig itself looks rushed (like u said) spend more time and dont settle with a sig until u urself is happy with it
