First of all I think you should lower the texhbrushing a lot, even if you want it to be crazy. I think all techbrushing should be discrete/ barely visible ^_^ I think it'll look good ig you so that, and maybe change the textcolor. Keep it up.
It is fairly nice. The background render, however, looks a little abstract. It ends up looking like you started off with abstract brushing and then decided to use tech brushing instead. I would like to see a border on that sucker, too. Other than that, good job. I like the font choice and the glow in perticular! :)

Change blending mode of the tech to overlay of linear dodge. Other than that its great, love the colour scheme. Good Job!
