All I can say is to blend everything together more, like the colors and text. It should end up more like a...canvas sorta mood. o.o; Like the Fire Emblem Dragon one you got there, which I totally adore.
Less animation; too much busy in the fields...
Other than that, that's all I can pretty much say. Humongous props to your dragon sig again ;0.
