Waaay too overdone. Id be a rich man if I got a dollar for every time I saw a heart and drips like that. Pink is good/different. Its not seen too often around here. The text fits in with the feel of the rest of it decently, but its just a tad too small. I can't put my finger on it at the moment, but it looks incomplete/a little boring. I think it has to do with how you laid out the content. It just seems too... uniform. Like on the right theres the drips, in the center theres the heart, and on the left theres the text. I'm also not a big fan of the double image thing. If you could find another way to give it a little depth/add interest, find another way because that isn't working really well. Keep working.
