Something I did not like, is that there is still alot of space unused.

Border is fine.. No critque from me.. Nice sensation of movement..

There was no motion or infact any blurs in this sig.

Erm..The circles are in assorted brushes, i just kept changing the size's etc till i was happy..

I do see how you would think there was a motion blur, but actually it was a dark stroke effect which i masked.

I like the sig as a whole, but I don't think the render blends into the background well due to the colours. Maybe try a sneaky lil colour change on the yellow (make it bluey) of the girl's top? Not the white sleeves, just the yellow. The text is wicked by the way.
