emmm not really feeling it, too blurry and text takes too much space
text takes up to much space?..
hmmmm... ok. i wanted the text to be like that.
and all i have blured is the spray can, if u wanna make something look like its moving, whatelse are u supposed to do to it? and i tried to make it look liek he is moving his hand.

Text is fine. Pretty nice considering all the grunge I've been seeing lately :)
Just smooth out the diagonal lines..
I prefer v1.. Try adding some light colours onto the text..
