Thought, i'd have a go at makin an interface. For my first one, im quite pleased with it.
Used this tut, but changed some things.
Please let me know what you think.

I presume thats will be on a white background, if so, then it looks great, interesting interface, and could be made into a flash movie.
I really like the colors :)
Nice fonts, good cutouts.
My only advice is to try to make the buttons and all the other items with that dark blue color, look less glassy. ( I don't know how to say it :P)
They have to much reflection. And what is that white area around the interface?
But really good job!!
whoa thats awesome, work on the transparency tho. the button are pretty good but take off the drop shadow-that kills the 3d-ness of it. also maybe put a bevel on them or something. . .
I love it, I'm gonna havta try one now :-)
I reckon that the reflection on the buttons is a tad strong, would be hard for an end user to make out the text without straining.
I would also suggest maybe putting in a curved slider, you have some very kewl curves there and you could put in a slider that curves around the curve, but depends on what your going for.
Otherwise I love it!
Very nice...'Cept look at the wires...they hardly stand out and dont go with the rest of the Interface colors too well...and buttons are too hard to read (too Glassy)
Nice, i really like the feel. But err.... wehre will the content and such go?
erm.lol crofty i didn't think about that. I was concentrating more on the actual interface.
Thanks everybody for your comments and suggestions. Im gonna use them in my next interface i make (hopefully sometime soon) MetalSkin, i like your idea of the slider, sounds great.
NextDay, i quite like the wires, i think they contrast well with the light blue of the interface. Thanks for your upinion tho, do you have any suggestions about makin the wires fit in more ??
Oh, and finally, the white stuff around the outside is there because of the drop shadow, when i saved it with the transparency, the drop shadow needed something to fall on so it just put the white bit there. Does anyone now how to stop it doing this without getting rid of the drop shadow.
how'd ya save it? as a gif, jpeg or png? Most interfaces that contain transparencies use png, and i think that would solve your problem.
Yeh, its saved as a .gif.
Ill try png.
Thanks
