I'm not liking the text taking up the entire background. The foreground character is cool in the pose he is in, and the opac scanlines are a nice touch. I honestly have no idea what else you could do with the text though, so whatever.
Yeah not so keen on the text on the background, it doesn't give the background any depth and the sig in general is a little bright. Usually splinter cell sigs are darker to match the theme of the render better.
But as you said 1st sig in ages so you'll be rusty.
