Socom 3 Banner

Not sure if im in right section but ah screw it. Made this for a friends socom 3 clan. comm. and crit. would be greatly appreciated.

Ok it looks good but on the top right it seems liek the image go cut inor something so you might want to fix that :P lol other then that its a nice banner. Good job. :)

im not really feeling the scanlines with the inner shadowded 1 px border.

Try to pimp the render a bit and sharpen it a bit. And the text needs some work. Coloring is good imo
