The fold is safer, I can assure coverage of all fingers. The bunch is so random, you could go down for the wipe and end up with a ring finger up your butt.

how do blind people know when their done wiping?

folding=too much work, i just stuff my arse with alot of toilet paper, and if needed, i have to tear that cardboard into strips and use that :D
