Improving.. Take of the shadow on the text.. Lower the opacity of the blurred layer?
BG needs something more..

well i took a break form sig and made my frist wallpaper.

you forgot the 'r' in your name :D
and the reason i don't really like it is because the render is just slapped ontop of the background and the background itself doesn't go with the render at all
i notice but i'm going back to sig making.
