TEXT NEEDS WORK. Everything else looks fine but render doesn't look as if its blended in.
Anime does not go really well with grunge.. Take off the scanlines..
Work on those..
work the BG a little more and try to vary the colours alot more for a better blood effect.

Almost Vector ish, but not... its kinda cool. text needs some more work, id say check out some tuts. maby bring the rend in front of the scan lines.. lighting the lines up a little bit/ fade them out some.. maby ad a little more contrast.
