I think it's extremley plain and boring, there isn't anything that holds my eye. I know some peeps like simplicity but this is too simple imo.

Im gonna agree with Heron on this, its way too simple, even for people who like simplicity. theres nothing eye catching, and the text needs work. keep trying though.

agree 100% with heron and Kompact here..

simple may seem easy but to get it to look nice actually is a job and takes a good bit of fiddling

It looks like it could become interesting, but at the moment, there isn't much to hold the eye. Simplicity is usually harder to get (And make it effective) than your typical 'brush it to hell' signature :) . But its always good to try out new things, and I applaud you for that :).
