I've never done real sigs before, so this is my first time...I don't really like any of them except for the last one...so...

not really liking them, you need to change the BG up a bit add depth and you need to use different blending options on the renders. the last is the best one out of them though
Last one is the best out of all of them. Text needs improvement and you need to blend your renders in so that they fit with the BG. More depth is needed, like Sythe have said. I suggest you read some tutorials on making signatures.
So main thing you have to work on is to get the render to flow with the BG. ;)
not bad for your first sigs. keep it up.
the first one looks pretty good except for the font. the second and third ones i dont like really. last one looks sweet! the text might be a wee bit too big, but still a good job!
