It's pretty cool, I don't like the glow around the render too much, makes it look like you had blending problems and just covered them up.
i think that the lighting makes it look ok but i think ou should do a bit more to the BG
IMHO, it should be a much cleaner and more elegant sig, to compliment the model. It has too much of a rusty feeling with the c4d render.

Also I don't like the floating head. Rule of thumb is never just put the models head, or game images head..whatever, because it looks really strange.
