Looks better than his imo..
Not bad.. Nothing much to critique on..
it doesnt look very similar because the only bit i used of his tut was the redial filter bit

looks really good, If it needed a few things doing to improve it i would suggest blending the render a little less into the background and sharpen the render a touch. Good job!
hehhhe the reason why i blended it a bit more was because my friend who rendered it for me had to render the hair which was hard as, so it was kinda choppy so i just blended it a touch more
