That's pretty good for a 1st..
Try some atmosphere around the planets.. I love how you did the collision..
The brown planet could use more detail..
Maybe.. just slide up the contrast on the BG a bit..

I'll take all of your CnC into account, I need to work on the atmospheric 'effect', as when I tried it on this work, it came up un-natural and.. weird.
I need to get my textures better, I can't seem to make a good one for a planet :p.

I think imma try to revamp this a lil and bring out a v2 ;)
