both r very easy,
bg is with smudged layer and some brushing, alot of sharpening :D

and the border is done with usual stroke technique, but the fill with clear mode, first a clear pattern is needed tho..

that is a very very good one, i like it.

looks nice but i don't really like the left side... looks too dull in a way but i like it!!!
