hmm the bg is kind of boring and it seems u know that ur self and thats why u coverd it with text ?? try making ur bg more interesting and make the tetx smaller
Yeah the bg looks too bland maybe add another layer of brushing or sumthing to it.
it's a sweet sig but the text is pretty boring
the background looks a bit dull and not much feel, text isn't too great blend the render in abit more

Back to the topic. Like everyone have said, blend the render in a bit more and make the BG a bit more interesting, it's a bit boring. Work on the lighting as well. I don't know why they don't like text, I think the text works fine on this signature. Nice try :)
