This a good looking one, not too keen on the text though. The right side of the render (his face) looks weird imo, what happened there? And there's just something missing in it, but I don't know what..
i really like the Bg but i don't like how you have done the blending, and text doesn't fit at all

Colors are really ugly IMO, and the stock is completely unblended w/ the bg. The BG as a whole seems flat to me, it needs more flow and negative space.
Dont take it personally, just saying what im feeling.
