Yup, it looks pretty good, mainly work on your text. Also, I think the render doesn't stand out enough, grab enough attention. But pretty nice all up :)

Not bad.. The text could use some work.. And maybe some empty space ..

mmm looks ok however the bad thing is that everybody knows that you got the backgroudn by duplicating the render

Try make the render stand out more also

Thats okay, if you don't actually 'SEE' big bits of render n' shiznit. Its easy to figure out how all but the best sigs (notice I don't say other art, because they don't have 'effects' as backgrounds). -BTW- It was clone stamp, not duplicating
