filters o_O nice, it looks vectored, i think the people a little bit too dark, well two of them are too dark atleast, the "Big" boss doing up his tie is nice, but the other two would have been nice to a define that seperates them two from each other and also from the bg.

@Tikkitang - Yup, I used the cut out effect. As for the people, I was aiming for silhouette style, that's why they're dark/black.
I know the 2 people on the right is kinda stuck together, but I don't really know how to separate them. My excuse for that, I guess, would be to make the boss stand out more? Lol, I dunno.
