The second signature is way better than the first signature imo.

Well, for your first signature, it looks as if you just brushed the BG very randomly, throw a render on top, brushed the sides away and added text. Add colors to your BG or desaturate your render to make them flow smoothly together. BG needs depth and the text doesn't fit either. Don't like the size of your signature either but that's your choice. You didn't really improve on this signature.

For your second signature, I think there are improvements but very little. Again, BG needs depth. Car has to be blended in and it looks very dull, maybe some effects or have another duplicate of the car and motion blur it so that it looks as if it's moving? Experiment around. And text needs work as well though the text is better than the first signature.
